TECHNICAL EXPLAINERS / ANIMATED DIAGRAMS

Explain the
moving parts.

Code-rendered motion for a clear technical story. Watch this 24-second example, then send a topic and reference to discuss a 60-second Short from $35.

One model.
Two jobs.

24 seconds · Silent · 1080 × 1920

Original portfolio example using toy linear-regression data. Text is embedded in the silent video. The source and all four scene explanations are available below.

A visible explanation.

0–6s · Training: labelled points guide the line as its slope and intercept change.

6–12s · Error: pink lines connect predictions to known labels.

12–18s · Inference: a new input passes through the trained model with its parameters held fixed.

18–24s · Evaluation: held-out labelled examples check the model after training.

The animation uses parameters recorded from 100 actual gradient-descent updates on a small synthetic dataset. It is an illustrative teaching model, with no production-performance claim.

Concept reference: Google: supervised learning, evaluation and inference.

Harbor Shift · 17-second gameplay montage

A crate, an unnecessary detour and a short recovery. Nine actual play-state screenshots from our original browser puzzle, edited into a silent landscape sequence with caption beats.

1280 × 720 · 24 fps · Silent. An edited still montage, not continuous gameplay recording. Original example, with no client footage or campaign-performance claim. Download this MP4 · Play the original puzzle.

Original portfolio studies made from existing diagram, fictional-product and original game scenes. These demonstrate editing and motion, with no client campaign or audience-performance claim.

Before and after · 1080 × 1920 · Audio

A small coding Short with clear captions and shorter pauses. Compare the two versions below. Press Play to hear each example.

Before · 17.1 seconds

Original code-card visuals and synthetic narration, with three inserted 1.2-second pauses. Download before MP4

After · 13.5 seconds

Edited from the source MP4: 3.6 seconds of inserted pauses removed and large captions added. Captions are embedded; a separate editable file is available below. Download after MP4

An original editing example using a rendered code card, rather than an IDE screen recording. The narration is synthetic. No customer footage or audience-performance results are included. The Python example uses strings; dict.fromkeys preserves first-occurrence order in Python 3.7+.

Need editing for supplied footage? Send one reference, source length, target duration and caption needs. An editing-only pilot is quoted for that scope. The animated-explainer scope below is a separate option.
